I wanted you to know that Joel [Sandman] did an excellent job as the Listing Agent for Ransom Road! There were several inspection/repair issues that he dealt with promptly and with great detail! The manner in which he handled the structural steel supports in the basement got the deal closed! It's nice to see a new Agent handle themselves in this manner!
